What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address and the trade and region (or buyer) you chose — that's the opportunity page you subscribed from. We also keep basic delivery metadata (e.g. whether a confirmation email was opened, bounced, or marked as spam) so we can keep our list healthy.
How we use it
We use your email and chosen interests for one purpose: sending you alerts when new matching federal contract opportunities are posted (most days — only when there's something new). We use double opt-in, so you only receive emails after you confirm your subscription.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing. We don't use your information for any purpose other than delivering the alerts you asked for.
Unsubscribe
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we'll stop sending immediately. You may also request deletion of your record by contacting us.
Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure to operate the service — a database provider to store subscriptions and an email delivery provider to send alerts. They process data only to provide these services to us.
Opportunity data
The contract opportunities we surface are public-domain records sourced from SAM.gov, a U.S. General Services Administration service. We collect no information about the contracting parties beyond what is publicly posted.
